Meet your Teacher

Eileen Rose is a Meditation, Mindfulness, Yoga instructor. She was born and raised in Michigan. She currently in traveling the USA in her converted van with her Husband and Australian Shepherd. Her main focus is to help others connect to themselves, bring joy back into movement and discover how meditation can be brought into our daily lives.
