Meet your Teacher

Mark Rowland is a meditation teacher, sound journey facilitator and Insight Timer creator based in the UK. Coming from a background in animal care and energy work, he brings a grounded, heartfelt approach to mindfulness, weaving together breath, imagery and gentle reflection. Mark has guided thousands of listeners through his courses and meditations, helping them create pockets of calm in everyday life.
