Boundaries Without The Guilt

With Stacey Bennington | Psychotherapist & Coach

Most people know they need better boundaries. They just cannot seem to hold them without feeling like a terrible person. The guilt hits the moment they say no. The anxiety arrives when someone pushes back. And the old patterns kick in, and the boundary dissolves before it ever really had a chance. In this course, you will learn what boundaries actually are and are not, why they feel so threatening to set, how guilt and fear keep them from holding, and what it actually takes to build the kind of limits that protect your peace without costing you your relationships. Because a healthy boundary is not a wall. It is a door you get to open or close on your own terms.

She is also a Board-Certified Medical Support Hypnotherapist, a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and a Certified Integrative Attachment Theory Coach, with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. She is certified in yoga nidra, a guided practice of deep rest and nervous system restoration. Stacey specializes in helping individuals understand how early attachment patterns and core wounds shape their relationships, communication, and emotional responses, and how to build more secure, connected ways of relating. Having walked her own path of healing a fearful avoidant attachment style, she brings both clinical depth and lived experience to her work. Her approach blends attachment theory, nervous system regulation, hypnotherapy, and subconscious reprogramming, meeting the mind in the deeply receptive states where lasting change takes root. Her meditations, sleep tracks, and mini courses are designed to help you feel seen in your patterns, understand where they began, and gently rewire those patterns at the root, so you can move through your relationships and your life with more security, calm, and confidence.

The Guilt Trap

Guilt after setting a boundary is so common it feels almost universal. But guilt is not always the reliable moral compass we think it is. This lesson examines why boundary guilt happens, when to listen to it, and when to recognize it as a nervous system response rather than evidence that you did something wrong.

Holding The Line When They Push Back

Setting a boundary is one thing. Holding it when someone challenges, guilts, or ignores it is another entirely. This lesson gives you practical tools for staying in your boundary when the pressure is on, without caving or escalating.
