Being in harmony.

Now taking some time perhaps from a busy day,

From your busy mind.

Sitting comfortably and allow a deep breath out.

And again.

And three more times in your own time.

And then focus within.

As you rest a little while.

While you relax a little more.

And take the time to be comfortable.

Have a really comfortable experience.

And deeper relaxation.

Nothing to do.

No demands.

Just a time to enjoy.

You may want to adjust your body.

Your head.

Your neck.

Shoulders.

Your back and your front.

As well as your arms and legs.

Your hands.

And your feet.

And now you might begin to relax a little more as you focus inside.

Maybe looking at thoughts.

Letting them float past as though right now they are not relevant.

Or maybe you are gazing at the space in front of you.

Feeling the touch of the chair.

Or cushion.

Or whatever you have chosen to support you.

You might really begin to recognise how well your body can relax.

And see how with each out breath you relax a little more.

Feeling your breath relaxing.

The belly rising and falling with each breath.

As you breathe in the belly moves out.

As you breathe out the belly moves in.

Your face is relaxing.

Your mouth and your jaw is relaxing.

And maybe now your eyes are closed as your eyes relax.

Watching your thoughts passively.

Waiting for nothing in particular.

Your breath soft and relaxed.

Moving in,

Moving out.

Your whole body is relaxing.

Feeling warm and soft.

Your breath relaxing.
