Are you living what your soul is craving? Often we are not aware of the identity we've created. An identity based on survival. It brings us a sense of safety, To keep things as they are, To avoid change out of fear of being left behind, To make sure everyone likes us and admires us. Having an identity is not a bad thing, Perhaps it's even unavoidable in a human life. But the more we become aware of the mask and the more we heal what's behind it, The better the new identity will fit us. Now it becomes an extension of who we are. Now we can choose how we want to show up, From a healed and calm state of mind. And we can enjoy life more freely. More honestly.
