There and welcome to our self-love meditation practice.
I hope you're having a beautiful day and that this might be a time for you to settle into the body and take a pause for yourself.
So please join me in finding yourself in a comfortable position where you're upright and alert at the same time as there being some ease in the body.
Let's begin with a moment of quiet.
And as you quiet down here you might take notice of what you're sensing for yourself today here in the present moment.
The state of the mind,
The state of the emotions.
Meeting yourself just as you are.
I invite you to use your ears,
The felt sense of your body,
To expand the awareness into the environment around you,
Touching base with the existence of life that's greater than just the limited beliefs and thoughts that go on inside.
Noticing sounds.
I want to invite you to notice any pleasant sensations.
Your experiences could be sensory noises or feelings felt in the body and to receive now in this practice some of the love that exists right here in your present moment.
