Welcome to this meditation focused on completing your day to prepare for sleep.

My name is Mary Catherine.

Get in a comfortable seat with the palms of your hands facing up and down.

Close your eyes and extend your spine nice and long.

Begin by focusing on your breathing.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Now take some time to review your day.

How did you wake up?

What did you do during your day?

Who did you see?

How did you feel throughout your day?

Think and feel through your day as you prepare for bed.

When you've completed your day,

Focus on your breathing.

I'll meet you there in a couple minutes.

Good night.

Good night.

Good night.

As you come to a completion in your day,

Begin breathing in and out.

In and out.

Complete your day with one more breath in and out.

Welcome to a state of peace.

It's now time for bed.

Look at your fingers and toes.

Tell your head to the right and left.

Take one last inhale and exhale.

Open your eyes and bring your hands together to begin a deep sleep.

Such a great concept: never heard of anything like it. Definitely one of my new favorite meditations! Although the microphone sounds were slightly annoying, it was nothing that can keep me from this meditation :).

I really liked this although the slight microphone noises in the pause were a bit distracting, I wish it was either completely silent or that it had some very soft music/nature sounds in the background so those distrubances weren't so jarring to me but otherwise I liked it and I feel a bit calmer after completing it. I didn't think that reviewing my day could have such an effect but I feel like it did.
