Close your eyes gently.

Begin by finding a comfortable position and let your hands rest on your body,

Over your heart,

Your belly,

Or by your sides.

Take a slow breath in through your nose,

Sigh it out through your mouth.

Ah,

You are safe to release the day.

Let the breath come in again,

This time deeper,

Fuller in.

On your next exhale,

Imagine releasing any worries,

Expectations,

Envision them melting away.

Now begin to call in ancient wisdom that lives in your own soul.

The truth that's been with you across lifetimes.

The knowing that needs no proof.

Let it rise gently within you.

Whisper to yourself,

Or in your heart,

Wrap me in your grace as I sleep.

Let me rest in your presence.

Help me release the day and any lingering doubt.

Let me soften into your sacred knowing.

Imagine now a soft golden light above you.

Pure,

Loving,

Safe.

This is grace itself.

Feel it begin to pour down on you.

Moonlight like a mother's embrace.

Let it flow over your crown,

Your forehead,

Your jaw and throat,

Down your shoulders,

Your chest,

Arms,

Belly,

Legs,

And feet.

You are completely wrapped in grace.

Feel how deeply supported you are.

Here,

Nothing is required of you.

You don't have to be anything but exactly who you are.

Allow your body to become heavier now.

Allow your breath to become softer.

You are sinking into peace,

Into remembering,

Into love.

Everything you need is already within you.

Everything meant for you is finding its way.

You are not behind.

You are not alone.

You are not broken.

You are wrapped in grace.

Let yourself float here now,

Between breath and dream,

Between silence and soul.

Rest,

Sweet friend.

You are held.

And so it is.
