Using the power of I AM.

Listen with your favorite headphones.
Find a comfortable place to sit down or lie down.
And allow yourself to become very relaxed,
Moving your body in any way that it needs to move to feel relaxed.
And gently closing your eyes,
And tuning into your inner universe,
Noticing what it feels like in there.
Not trying to make anything happen,
Just checking in and seeing what's going on for you now.
Notice any emotions,
Notice any thoughts,
Noticing any sensations.
Whatever is here for you now,
Can you let it be here?
With acceptance and curiosity.
And now taking in a deep lung full of air,
And gently releasing it.
And find your own rhythm of deep breathing.
With each breath,
Breathing deeply into your lungs,
And slowly releasing it.
Nourishing yourself with each breath and letting go upon each out breath.
This beautiful,
Relaxed,
Nourishing,
Deep breathing.
And now I invite you to use the I AM mantra upon your breath.
So with each in breath,
Silently say I.
And with each out breath,
Silently say I AM.
Breathing in I.
And breathing out I AM.
In your own time,
At your own pace.
Breathing in I.
And breathing out I AM.
And notice what it feels like in your body as you repeat this mantra upon the breath.
Letting go of the thoughts about past and future,
And just being completely present with this mantra,
I AM.
And as you repeat it,
Allow every cell in your body to vibrate with this mantra,
I AM.
I AM.
And let it remind you of how amazing it is just to be here.
Just this miracle that you are here now,
Awake and conscious.
Breathing in I.
And breathing out I AM.
And let this mantra point you back to who you truly are.
This light,
Free,
Space of pure being.
I AM.
Pure awareness that knows its own existence.
And allowing yourself to be completely present in this moment.
Still repeating I AM upon the out-breath and in-breath.
And now gently letting go of the I AM mantra.
And checking in to see how you feel in your body.
Notice any changes or shifts from when you started this meditation.
Gently wiggling your fingers and your toes,
And opening your eyes and coming back.
And you can repeat this mantra throughout your day whenever you need to reconnect with yourself.

You can take in that breath and say I AM.
