Welcome.

Today I want to invite you to take a moment for self love.

Let's begin by placing one hand on your abdomen,

Palm wide fingertips wide and the other hand on your heart.

And I want you to inhale deeply and hold your breath for three seconds.

And as you do this,

Think about the word love.

And then exhale with a lion's roar.

Let's do this two more times.

Inhale and hold for three seconds and exhale with a lion's breath.

One more time.

And exhale.

I want you to let go of any pre notions of what love is.

And I want you to take a moment to envision your ancestors,

Their struggles and their fortitude,

Their spirit to overcome and their strength to bear fruit through you.

Because of their love,

We are here.

And let's take a moment to thank them and send healing,

Love and acceptance for all they have done.

Let's rub our hands together until they get warm and put both of them on our eyes.

And let's thank them and send them healing energy.

And let's bring those hands to heart center,

Palms together gently,

Not rigid.

And let's affirm.

Repeat after me.

I am love.
