Your perfect wave.
In this visualization we will imagine your perfect wave and then focus on the positive feeling you have while surfing it.
As a third step we will connect this positive feeling to a so-called anchor.
Something like a button on your body you can press to reactivate some positive feelings or a positive memory.
For this I would like you to choose now a part of your body that you can easily touch like one of your fingers or the wrist of your hand.
I will ask you later to touch this anchor while focusing on your positive feeling.
This way we will connect this feeling with your anchor so that you can always return to it anytime you like.
Now let's get ready to surf your perfect wave.
Find a comfortable position.
You can either lie down or find a comfortable seat.
Whatever feels right for you.
Whatever your body needs right now.
And then slowly close your eyes and focus on your breath.
Maybe you can feel a light touch of air on your nose.
Maybe you can feel how your belly or your chest rises and falls.
And in a moment I will invite you to take three deep and relaxing breaths with me.
I will ask you to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And with every out breath I will invite you to relax your body and mind a little bit more and to let go of the tension in your body.
So let's take the first deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Relax your arms.
Relax your legs.
And the second breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Relax your jaw.
Relax your face.
Relax your eyes.
And a third breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your neck.
And now continue to breathe slowly in your own rhythm.
Are there any parts of your body that need a little more relaxation?
Any parts where you still feel tension?
Let these parts relax more and more with every breath.
Give yourself the present of relaxation.

Maybe it's a beach you've already been to.

I will invite you to imagine yourself paddling on your board.
On your way to catch a beautiful wave.
It's a wonderful day with great conditions and you're looking forward to riding your perfect wave.
Imagine now how you paddle easily and relaxed.
How you feel comfortable and safe and strong on your surfboard.
What does your surfboard look like?
Which colors does it have?
How does it feel underneath your body?
Is it soft or stable?
And if you like to you can imagine that your board is either surrounded by warm sunshine or some other beautiful colorful light.
You can imagine how that warm sunshine makes you feel comfortable and safe.
Or how that beautiful colorful light increases your energy,
Strength and focus.
Enjoy this feeling for a moment.
How your body feels more and more relaxed.
Your breath is calm and steady.
How you glide effortlessly through the water on your surfboard.
Maybe surrounded by warm sunshine or this beautiful colorful light that energizes you.
Your surfboard and the ocean are dancing in a wonderful perfect rhythm.
With every pedal stroke your body gains even more strength and your mind gets clearer and more focused.

So that you can store it in your memory and you can always return to it.

Touch your anchor now and press it softly.
This will activate your memory.
This will anchor this feeling in your body.
Press your anchor softly and focus once again on this wonderful feeling you have just had.

Focus on how easily and effortlessly you were catching and riding your perfect wave.

The feeling of this perfect wave become more and more connected.
With every breath you memorize all the things you need to know to take and ride your way for real.
With your anchor you can always return to this feeling of joy,

I'll give you a couple of moments to intensify this feeling and connect your anchor more and more to your memory.
And now in a moment I will invite you to slowly and softly wake up your body to return to your meditation space.

And then take a couple of deep calm breaths.
