This practice is to open the heart chakra.

So come into a comfortable seated position.
Allow your sit bones to ground.

Connecting your breath to your body.
And noticing the connection between your mind.
Your breath,
And your body.
Close your eyes.
Taking a few moments.
To ground into this.
Place and space in preparation.
To open the heart chakra,
Balance the heart chakra,
And to release anything that no longer serves you.
Take a deep inhale.
Exhale out of the mouth.
Do this two more times at your own pace.
On the next inhale bring the hands together.
In prayer pose,
In front of the heart,
Press your thumbs into your heart center.
Bow your head to your heart,
Honoring yourself for taking the time to practice today.
And tapping into your heart,
What is the intention.
The desire,
The heartfelt wish,
Want.
That you truly are ready to attract into.
Your life.
Into your body,
Into your mind,
Into your spirit.
What is it?
Put it into words.
And lift your head.
Come back to a straight spine.
Keep your eyes closed.
Keep the hands in prayer pose.
And just focus with a soft gaze with eyes closed down at your heart center,
Your heart chakra.
Focusing on the intention you set and just sit and be here.
Feeling the energy around your heart.
Feeling the energy,
The connection between the mind,
The body,
And the spirit.
And go into stillness.
And just be.
On the next inhale gently blink the eyes open.
Take the hands and make little fists and bring the fists at shoulder height.
Taking the next posture to punch out.
And to energetically move anything that came up of pain,
Hurt,
Resistance,
Frustration,
Resentment,
Anything take the hands and make this a moving meditation to release any hurt,
Pain,
Any disturbances to the heart.
You can either have your gaze at something in the distance in front of you or close your eyes and just release.
Any old negative energy that no longer serves you.
Go deep within.
And let it go.
On the next inhale,
Bring both fists shoulder height.
Take a deep inhale.
Fill your body up with prana.
Close your eyes.
Notice the natural lift of the root chakra.
Eyes roll up and into the third eye,
The seat of intuition.
Filling the body with prana,
Holding the body with prana.
For as long as it's comfortable with you squeezing every fiber of your being to release any negative emotions.
In the heart.
In the body in the cells of the tissues.
The energy.
Deep within.
And when you're ready,
Gently exhale,
Release.
Resting your palms facing up on top of your knees.
Close your eyes and just be for a moment.
Now that we released,
We let go.
We're going to create this beautiful energy around the heart.
Center the heart chakra to make a magnetic field to attract light love and everything your heart desires take the arms extend them out and inhale the arms into these big circles Make this a moving meditation as you sweep the arms down,
Around,
And up.
You can close your eyes,
Maybe roll the eyes up and in.
Put a smile on your face.
When we smile,
We open the heart center.
Creating this energy,
This magnetic field around the heart chakra.
So that you'll receive all the blessings that your heart desires.
You'll attract into your heart and into your life,
Into your body,
Your mind,
Your spirit.
Your deep,
Heartfelt desires.
This magnetic energy that will create the feeling of safety to be vulnerable,
To love,
To give.
And also to receive.
Go deep within.

The next time you inhale,
The arms up.
Stretch your fingertips high above you.
Inhale filling up the body with prana Eyes are closed,
Rolling up and in at the third eye.
Feeling that prana,
That white light,
That golden chain of white light,
That healing energy flowing up the root chakra through the spine,
All the chakras.
Into the third eye and out the crown of the head,
Holding the breath as long as it's comfortable for you.
And when you're ready,
When you're ready,
Exhaling,
Gently sweeping the aura around you,
Bringing your fingertips gently to the ground.
Resting your hands,
Palms facing up.
On top of your knees or your thighs,
And just be for a moment.
Put that smile on your face.
And then on the next inhale,
Interlace the fingers.
The tips of the thumbs are touching.
And we're going to inhale the hands up to the throat,
Exhale down to the belly button,
Inhale up to the throat.
Down to the belly button.
Make this a moving meditation.
Close your eyes,
Roll your eyes up and in to the third eye,
The seat of intuition.
Creating this beautiful magnetic energy in front of the heart chakra.
So that you'll attract.
Everything your heart desires.
So make your heart pure.
Make the feelings,
The thoughts of your heart pure.
Make them full of light and love and peace and joy.
Go deep within.
You Take a deep inhale with the hands at heart center.
Squeeze every fiber of your being,
Filling up the body with prana,
Rolling the eyes up and into the seat of intuition.
Holding the breath.
And when you're ready,
Gently exhale and release.
Palms facing up.
As we prepare for the final part of the Kriya.
A seated meditation using our hands and a mantra.
When you hear the sounds of sata nama,
We're going to take the thumb on the sata.
Press the thumb to the pointer finger.
Ta to the middle finger.
Nam to the ring finger.
Ma to the pinky finger.
So it looks like this.

Ta,

Ma.
We're breaking any energy of pain,
Hurt.
We're calling in pure light,
Love,
Energy,
And all healing energy.
You can close your eyes.
Have the gaze.
Focus on the tip of the nose.
Or eyes are closed and the gaze is down towards the heart chakra.
