Experiencing Beauty is a gentle five-day exploration of how to notice and appreciate the beauty in your everyday life. Instead of waiting for extraordinary moments, this course invites you to rediscover the quiet wonder already present in textures, sounds, light, and small details. Each short lesson (under 10 minutes) explores a theme paired with a simple prompt you can carry into your day. No journaling is required. Optional guided reflections and gentle awareness practices support a more embodied experience. These tools can help ease stress, deepen your sense of connection, and open space for creative responses. By the end of the course, you may feel more grounded, less rushed, and more attuned to the richness around you. Written by Marianne de Kleer, the course draws on principles of mindfulness, somatic awareness, and creative reflection. You’re welcome to share your thoughts or questions in the course classroom. Meet your Teacher

Marianne de Kleer is a certified sophrologist and creative mindfulness guide who helps people reconnect with themselves through gentle somatic movement, breath, and visualization. Her work supports greater joy, presence, and ease by inviting a deeper awareness of the body and inner landscape in addition to deeper connection with the outside world. Originally from Canada and now living in the French countryside, Marianne draws daily inspiration from the quiet beauty and simple rhythms of nature around her.
