What "The Secret" Didn't Explain About The Law Of Attraction

Today, I want to tell you my point of view about the movie or book: The Secret, I have seen and read it many times, and I have analyzed them throughout the years. I really consider it to be an excellent guide for those who want to learn about the Law of Attraction, however, it does not tell you everything there is to know, and I have verified this with my own experience.

I must tell you… I’m so grateful for this commentary. I am transitioning every area of my life at once (just worked out that way): work (left day job & building my own biz), living (gave up my apartment and became a digital nomad), left the belief systems of my youth (& healing from and rewriting all the resulting trauma), healing from years of compounded stress, modeling as a 30-something, etc, etc. And I have been exploring and applying the law of attraction over the past year. But feeling like I’m constantly failing.

I watched the secret for the first time a few days ago, and have felt an overwhelm of certain failure, because I’m afraid of my own success, becoming my father, never breaking through into my greatest desires of legacy, inspiring masses, advocating for change for women, etc. but this… I’m on the verge of tears. It speaks of mercy, and it gives me hope that the universe really is love, responding in kindness even despite my cycles of pain. I felt like I was doomed to fail because of this overwhelm of fear despite my sincere, fierce and deep desire to overcome and become.

But thank you. Now I feel like I have a shot at truly getting through all of this and making it to the other side.

Makes sense to me, first of all I'm not a fan of the secret, the producer isn't an honest person, there's a Secret behind the Secret.
I've noticed in my own life that despite our limited skills & understanding there Is Divine Intervention, such as the incidents you described. I've also noticed one Huge Overlooked Factor in the realm of Manifestation is that most of us are perpetually trying to reach the carrot at the end of the stick, occasionally we get it, or maybe just a bite. The part that is lacking is Our Alignment with Source. That's the very Foundation ! Until we get to that place where Alignment is our Hearts Desire, then we'll continue to hit & miss Manifesting, because our priorities are out of Alignment.
So my Desire is Divine Alignment, the rest will unfold in perfect timing.
Thank you for sharing, there are definitely some missing critical factors concerning LOA & Manifestation. I have another example I think you'll appreciate, my Bro & I went groceries shopping 4 years ago, it just so happened that there was a dog adoption happening next to the market. I had recently started having seizures & had lost Allot, my career, my car, my truck, & had to move home with my Parents. The last thing I wanted was a dog. My Parents didn't want a dog, my Brother didn't want a dog. But, there was a puppy there who had been left with her 3 brothers in a market cart. They were around 6 weeks old. As I was walking by one of the volunteers ran over to me with a pup, she was around the size & weight of a newborn child. When I looked at her face she didn't look like a happy puppy, instead she looked right into my eyes & I saw a most distraught, exhausted, & pleading little Soul. I literally felt a wave of Divine Energy spin around us. We didn't even have the $182 to adopt her, I remember I told her heart to heart, that I didn't know what to do, but not to worry I was going to help her somehow. Just then, a woman near by was talking to another volunteer & she said she was going to Foster a couple of the dogs for the week, there was my Answer from the Universe ! I asked if I could Foster this little puppy & they said yes, the minute I got home I borrowed my Mom's credit card & we paid for her. She's the center of our love & attention here at home.
Did we Manifest her ? Nope
She was most likely trying to Manifest us, home, safety, love. But she was terrified when we were brought together. I call that Divine Intervention, there are some kind of loopholes within the Laws of the Universe that override themselves if need be.
