The most precious gift we have received,
With endless opportunities to have fun,
To be happy,
To meet interesting,
Loving people,
To create bonds,
Anecdotes,
Memories.
Embrace this gift.
Be thankful for the time you have.
And as you practice this energy work,
You will learn to identify how you are feeling at every moment.
That sensitivity will help you to fine-tune your vibration and to stop any negative thought,
