This audio has been both easy and difficult to do, the fact that we are living the same thing all over the world allows me to feel empathy with you, people who have previously gone through something similar to this are so few. You can practically say this is a new experience for everyone. We are partners on this path. No matter where you are in the world, I know that when I tell you that I understand you, you will know that my words are sincere.

This Pandemic will end for sure, but, it is a big lesson for humanity. We have to stop destroying our environment.
In the other hand we have changed in our ways of life and became more caring with others, and to value quality time for family and friends. We have learned what freedom is too. But some of us also learned in the worst manner the most terrible services that we receive, that happened also in first developed countries. Even for funeral services. We have to keep on changing, not only as individuals, but as a society, in order to be prepared for a new way of life with less material belongings and more spirituality. The more people we are in this planet, the more possibilities of having another Pandemic.

Thank you for this encouraging and caring message; as we go into our third lockdown in the UK it is just what I needed to hear today.
