My seven year old daughter and I listen to this at least once a week to fall asleep. The pacing is good for evening meditation, her voice is very soothing, and the scene been asked to meditate on is good for a seven year old.

I didn’t fall asleep and I really needed to because I’m hot and tired and idk what to do and I’m young so I put in 5 stars because if I wasn’t hot and tired I would of fell asleep

Beautiful imagery and I love the softness of voice. The recording itself was slightly quiet though. I had to have my phone volume all the way up and quite close for my child and I to both be able to hear.
