So take a deep breath and notice your body.

Now consider what peace means and how it may feel to you.

How would it feel to have peace in your life right now?

Now,

See if you can bring that sense of peace into your body.

I know that it may be tough,

But just for a moment,

Can you feel peace?

Let's take a deep breath in through our nose.

Hold your breath and then blow it out as if you're blowing through a straw.

Close your eyes if it's safe and let's begin.

Dear God,

Higher power,

Holy one,

Source energy.

Source energy.

Today,

Please magnify the feeling of peace in our lives.

The storm may be raging and we may be unable to see,

But deep within our hearts,

We trust that clear days are near.

Peace will be restored unto us.

Smiles,

Laughter,

Inspiration and insights restored and expanded.

Peace means to have freedom from disturbance,

To be still,

To be in a state of tranquility.

Therefore,

I ask for peace and tranquility for the rest of our days,

To find a glimpse of peace even amidst the storm.

Storms always pass and this too shall pass.

So take a deep breath in through the nose.

Feel your body relax.
