Get in a comfortable seated position or lying down.

This meditation is meant for first thing in the morning or right before bed for full body relaxation.

Imagine this warm water entering through the top of your head,

Down to your forehead,

Relaxing those muscles,

Flowing through behind your eyes,

Down to your cheekbones,

Opening up any sinus through your nose,

Flowing down to your jaw,

Loosening your jaw ever so slightly,

Flowing down to your throats,

This warm water is flowing down like a river from your throats to your shoulders,

Releasing any tension you've been carrying around,

From your shoulders to your hands,

Feel it loosening,

From your heart chakra flowing down to your lungs,

Opening up your root chakra,

Down to your hips,

Flowing this warm water through your legs,

Loosening up any tension you're carrying around,

Through your thighs,

Your knees,

Your calves,

Your ankles,

Down to your feet,

And out through your toes,

Clearing out all the energy,

All the stress,

All the burdens carried around throughout our day,

Take this moment to enjoy the cleared energy,

Relaxing your body from your head to your toes,

Feel this new you,

This new rejuvenated you,

Breathe it in,

In through your nose,

Out through your mouth,
