Please join me in taking a seat and placing your hands with your palms up on your legs,
Allowing your eyes to close and your breath to slow.
Taking a deep breath in,
Centering yourself and straightening your back,
Slowly breathing out anything holding you back from this meditation.
Today we are focusing on our unlimited expansion in this abundant world.
We are the only force that holds us back from reaching our limitless potential.
Let me remind you of your divine oneness with God and Source,
Whose love is generous,
Overflowing,
And bountiful.
This universe that we reside in is in constant ever expanding and growing.
We have the universe and God inside of us.
And this is how we know for a fact that as we as humans are always expanding as well.
You are always moving forward,
Even when you feel like you're going backwards.
You are waking up from your old habits and patterns.
The playing field of life is unlimited and loving.
And you are an unlimited,
Loving,
Wondrous part of creation.
And you are perfect right here,
Right now.
Your future is unbelievably bright.
As you continue to grow,
Your influence,
Success,
And abundance expands as well.
There is no end to you,
To God,
Your abundance,
Your potential,
Or your abilities.
You are a limitless,
Powerful,
Bountiful human who expands with each breath,
Each moment,
And each day.
Every day you are becoming and evolving into a more beautiful,
Expanded version of yourself.
Each day is a new chance to expand yourself even further.
No need to force,
No need to try.
You are ever expanding effortlessly.
Your expansion,
Your growth,
And your evolution is always on an upward trajectory,
