I played two crystal singing bowls at 164.4Hz and 156.6Hz at the same time, and created a 7.8Hz Binaural Beats - the Schumann resonance. Please enjoy the special sounds that is different from the usual crystal singing bowls.

Very powerful for grounding!

I have dysautonomia and chronic pain, and lately I’ve been using crystal bowl recordings to help regulate my system before I get out of bed. This was an excellent experience! I really appreciated the effect of the two frequencies together. I personally didn’t find the recording to be any less “clean” than other live crystal bowl recordings. Really appreciated this, thank you!
