Welcome to this heart-centered,
Heart-opening meditation.
Before we begin,
I invite you to find a comfortable seated position,
Or perhaps you would prefer to recline,
Taking a supine position where you feel most comfortable,
Safe,
And at ease.
Allow the eyes to gently close and bring your awareness to your breath.
No need to effort,
Force,
Or control.
Just observe.
And as you ease into your center,
I invite you to place your hands over your heart.
Breathe in,
Deep exhale.
Feel source energy pulsating through your very being.
Imagine this free-flowing energy spiraling through you in concentric circles,
Weaving clear,
Bright,
Gold and white light through every cell in your body.
Let it wash away the debris of the past.
You are in the present now.
Just feel.
Be here.
Be love.
Love is an experience of infinity.
Each and every molecule in the universe begins as love.
We are at our core,
Big,
Beautiful bundles of love in motion.
Let that sink in.
Just feel.
Now imagine that as each cell within you is enveloped in this healing light,
It begins to shimmer and shine like a diamond.
Visualize the clear,
Crystalline structure of your present now body,
Sparkling in the wake of this pure,
Healing light,
Like gentle ocean waves reflecting the soft rays of the sun.
The sweet,
Undulating warmth of that golden white light as it heals each and every part of your being.
Surrender.
The exhale.
Just feel.
Remember who you are.
A powerful creator.
Just love.
Worthy.
Sovereign.
Free.
Just be.
You are enough exactly as you are.
Breathe.
Allow yourself to be supported.
Receive.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
And in your own time,
Ever so gently,
Bring your attention back to your body.
Making micro movements with the fingers and the toes.
And gently fluttering the eyelids open,
Maintaining a soft gaze as you come back to the room.

And inner peace with you,
