It could be a spiritual teacher or a goddess.
It doesn't matter,
It needs to be someone who loves you very much and that to some extent who is easy to love.
And imagine that person just standing on your side and sending her the following messages.
May you be free of suffering.
May you be at peace.
May you be safe.
May you be wise and courageous.
Finally,
May you be happy.
Picturing the person who is there standing on your side,

Feeling loved.
