Lucy is a Gentle Somatic Yoga teacher, classically trained musician with a BMus(Hons) from the Royal Northern College of Music and has a diploma in sound healing. She has been teaching in a variety of contexts for 13 years. She trained as a sacred celebrant on the Isle of Avalon and has held many online and in-person moon ceremonies (circles) leading guided meditations and holding space to connect with the moon and our own cycles.
