I am safe and protected in this moment.

I release the need to control things and trust the flow of life.

I breathe in calmness and exhale tension.

I am stronger than my anxious thoughts and feelings.

I choose to focus on the present and let go of worries about the future.

I'm in control of my thoughts and I choose neutrality.

I acknowledge and release my anxious thoughts when I notice them.

I am worthy of inner peace and self-care.
