The Four Rules For Life - by Lou Redmond
COURSE

The Four Rules For Life

With Lou Redmond

In this course, you’ll explore a simple yet powerful philosophy for navigating life’s uncertainty through four guiding principles: showing up, paying attention, telling the truth, and letting go. These teachings are inspired by Indigenous wisdom traditions and the archetypal path of the Warrior, Healer, Visionary, and Teacher. Through a series of reflections, guided visualizations, and meditations, you’ll learn how to cultivate the posture that allows your path to unfold naturally—rather than forcing it through control or constant decision-making. The focus is not on giving you answers, but on helping you develop a way of being that reveals the next right step. Along the way, you’ll explore how to: • Show up fully for your life and the moments asking for your courage • Pay attention to what has heart and meaning • Speak and live your truth with clarity and authenticity • Let go of control and trust the unfolding of your path Each lesson includes a guided meditation designed to help you embody these principles in your body and your daily life. Whether you’re feeling stuck, lost, moving through transitions, seeking clarity, or wanting to deepen your relationship with your own path, these four rules offer a grounding compass. These teachings came to me through a song composed by Ejoy Zarek, performed by Karly Loveling and her group, Singing Heart Harmonies. They were inspired by Angeles Arrien's book The Four-Fold Way. It is my hope that once you learn the rules, you will pass them along to those in your circle.

A simple compass for getting unstuck and finding direction when life feels uncertain.
