Good morning,
And thank you for letting me be part of your day today.
Today we are going to practice in a morning alignment meditation.
So this is the perfect time to allow yourself to become nice and comfortable,
Gently taking a moment to let everything else settle.
Becoming aware of your breath with a gentle focus and allowing the breath to become slow on the inhale and slow on the exhale.
Gently breathing in and gently breathing out.
And let's take a moment to gently come into this moment that we are now sharing together,
These first few precious moments of your day today.
And if you haven't already,
Let's gently close our eyes.
Welcoming the new day and inviting in gratitude for this new beginning.
And gently noticing the peaceful space all around you,
The softness,
And breathing in this fresh new day.
And allowing your body to be soft,
Letting go of any tension that you may be feeling in your legs,
Just allowing your legs to become heavy.
And taking a deep breath in and relaxing the right side of your back and the left side of your back.
Taking a breath into the shoulders and relaxing all the muscles of your arms,
Letting the arms become heavy.
And gently relaxing all the muscles of your face,
Letting go in your jaw,
All the muscles around your eyes.
And just being here for a moment,
Releasing any tension.
So breathing in this morning and aligning with your body and your spirit.
And just releasing on the exhale.
Breathing in and aligning with your heart center.
And breathing in aligning with your deepest truth for your day today.
And breathing in inviting in compassion for yourself today.
And just releasing on the exhale.
Breathing in openness for your day today.
Openness for yourself and openness towards others.
And gently inviting in joy for your day today.
And as you breathe in,
Inviting in the pure healing energy this day shares with you.
And releasing anything that no longer serves you as you move forward.
And feeling this release in your body.
And gently breathing in clarity.
And as you breathe out,
Letting go of any old habits or beliefs as you move forward in your day today.
Breathing any old fears or worries that are no longer serving you.
And breathing in feeling lighter and more in tune with your higher self.
Feeling your raised vibration and inviting this raised vibration into your day today.
Taking that final deep breath into your body.
I want to thank you for sharing in this meditation with me at the beginning of your day.
Finally allowing yourself to come back slowly from your practice.
Bringing your hands to heart center.
And gently breathing in your own intention for your day today.
Whatever it is that you need.
