And this is the Acknowledge Meditation.
I would like you to sit comfortably,
Relax your body,
Relax your feet,
Relax your legs,
Relax your stomach,
Relax your spine,
Relax your shoulders,
Relax your heart space,
Relax your arms,
Palms face up in the receiving pose,
Relax your head,
And allow it to hover over your spine.
Close your eyes,
And I will invite Lumina,
My angelic guidance,
In to lead this meditation for us.
Acknowledge your infinite guidance.

You're not alone here.
Though you see a lot of activity in your outer world,
There is as much activity in the inner world.
You would not have come without help.
You are the love essence,
And the love essence shines on you.
All humanity must do is to relax and know their worthiness,
That they have help.
They have individual consciousness focused on them for the purpose of creating magnificent,
Kind,
Gentle,
Loving,
Prosperous life.
All humans on planet Earth have angelic guidance,
But it is up to the human to call on the guidance.
The angelic realm cannot and will not force themselves upon you.
You must awaken to the space to allow them to acknowledge you and to work with you.
We have been with Lori for eons,
As she has made a commitment to incarnate in and out of this experience multiple times.
We have always assisted her.
We say that we are 50 feminine light rays,
Known as Lumina.
For our true essence to be felt by Lori,
She had to be willing to allow this kind of energy in and through her,
Which she's been working on her whole life.
And you have this ability as well.
You have the ability to hear,
The ability to understand.
You have the ability to receive a name.
You have the ability to ask for help in all things,
As Lori does.
Lori asks us our advice on all things.
When should I leave to go to this meeting?
Should I turn right or left?
Should I say this to this person?
What's the highest and best good for everyone in this situation?
Is it safe to start my job,
My career,
My work?
Is it safe for me to come out with this spiritual work?
Will you protect me?
Will you help me?
All of these things.
They're obvious in the human experience.
You are a physical form that has a perception.
It would be of value to you to ask the larger perception to help you so the larger perception can see more clearly and get you on your path to the next stage in a timely manner that would serve you.
So yes,
Of course you have this guidance.
You have this ability.
You have this love.
You have all the things you need.
It is in acknowledging the angelic guidance is around you and for you and is always with you.
This is the first step to allow us in.
Different people have different spiritual gifts that they come in this planet to bestow on those around them.
Allow your gifts to come through.
Lori is able to hear us.
She sees and she feels things.
She uses all of her sensory perceptions to receive messages from us.
You've come in with specific ones that are your gifts you've cultivated through time.
There are other sensory perception abilities that you will cultivate as you're here on the planet in this denseness.
It is wise to acknowledge the ones that are natural to you and have awareness of those you want to gain abilities within.
We see this as sacred and wonderful and you will be receiving your signals as well.
As you ask for signs and information,
You will receive them.
Be open and aware to this process.
Do not negate yourself.
Do not leave yourself alone.
Hold the essence of your highest self within your body so that you can acknowledge your angels are around you.
Your angels are leading you,
Blessing you,
Protecting you,
Having fun with you now.
