Take a deep breath in.

Exhale.

Surrendering your agenda,

Surrendering your story,

And pausing.

Tuning into something bigger than us.

Humbling ourselves before the tremendous power of the earth.

And tuning into our own power.

Noticing if there's any places we've given our power away.

Start to breathe your energy back into yourself,

Back into your cells.

Breathing your attention deeper into the physical body,

Noticing what's arising.

Continuing to track sensation as it arises in your body,

As we move into a round of breathwork.

Bringing ourselves back into our center,

Back into a harmonious state.

Resetting all systems of the body.

Exhaling to prepare.

Use your mouth.

Powerfully pump that diaphragm.

Taking in and expelling as much air as you can right now.

Being right here with the breath,

With the beat,

With your body.

Giving yourself your full presence.

Merging mind with body,

Awakening your heart.

Breathing this return to yourself,

This return home to your own open heart.

Breathing powerfully and joyfully here for the last few rounds.

Right here,

Deep full inhalation.

Inflate your entire being.

Hold it,

Squeeze for a moment.

And then exhale all of your air,

Sinking deep inside yourself.

Retaining the breath for 30 seconds here,

Dropping into the still fertile void at your center,

Returning to your original innocence.

Take a deep full inhalation.

Fill yourself up with as much life as you can.

Hold it at the top.

Draw your energy up the spine.

Squeeze your pelvic floor.

Pull your attention up to your crown,

Radiating the inner light.

And then exhale through the heart,

Softening your energy on the exhale.

Pausing here for one more minute,

Receiving these sound waves deep into your heart.

Chum,

Chum,

Chum.

Chum,

Chum,

Chum.

Taking your hands in prayer,

Giving yourself a gentle bow.

Thanking yourself for showing up and giving gratitude for this benevolent universe and all of life conspiring to support our growth.

As we learn to live as the magnificence that we truly are.
