Here's how to connect with your magnificent soul energy.
So first of all,
Please ensure that you are lying or sitting very,
Very comfortably.
Maybe undo any buckles or belts,
Zips or buttons to make sure that you can really,
Really relax.
And then just let yourself really sink into whatever you're lying or sitting upon.
Allow yourself now to simply connect with and receive from your natural breathing mechanism.
So no longer are you trying to breathe into your belly or nostrils or anything like that.
You're just going to allow your magnificent body's own incredibly powerful natural breathing mechanism to take charge of your breath.
You don't need to be concerned about how do you do this or how do you be that.
Your body energy knows exactly how to do and be this.
So you're just simply allowing your extraordinarily powerful body to take charge.
Allow your body to enter into its own natural breathing mechanism.
And now let's get really into our bodies.
Most of us spend the vast majority of our lives either nowhere near our bodies or not really in them.
So just take your attention to your toes and feet and legs.
And now just allow the energy of your toes and feet and legs to slide into your physical toes and feet and legs.
Just trust your body.
It knows how to do this.
And now take your attention to your groin and hips and pelvis,
Your core and your back.
And allow the energy of your groin and hips and pelvis and core and back to slide into your physical groin and hips and pelvis and core and back.
And now take your attention to your fingers and hands and arms and shoulders.
And allow your energy fingers,
Hands,
Arms and shoulders to slide into your physical fingers,
Hands,
Arms and shoulders.
And now take your attention to your neck and to your head.
And allow the energy of your neck and your head to slide right into your physical neck and head.
Just become aware,
Allow yourself to become aware of what you're now experiencing.
How does it feel to be tucked up right inside your body?
Perhaps you're beginning to feel really safe,
Really held,
Really supported.
Perhaps you're now beginning to feel the vibrational movement of energy that is always desirous of giving to you profound healing that is now being unleashed,
Being released in your magnificent body.
Just allow yourself to receive,
Consciously allow yourself to receive.
And now take your loving attention to your soul connection point.
This is about an inch or two centimeters below your navel,
Your belly button.
And just simply allow your soul energy,
While still remaining inside of you,
To also emanate from your soul connection point and begin to surround you.
Again,
The energy of your body,
The energy of your soul knows exactly how to do and be this.
You are simply allowing the energy of your soul to emanate from your soul connection point and surround you.
Just keep allowing that until you become aware that your soul energy is now surrounding the entire outside of you.
And then take your attention to the color or tenor of your soul energy.
And whatever color or tenor it might now be exhibiting to you,
Just simply allow the color of your soul energy to become a sort of clotted cream,
A really creamy cream or champagne color.
Again,
Your soul energy knows exactly how to do and be this.
You're just allowing it.
And now just allow yourself again to completely embrace and experience this embrace of your magnificent soul energy.
Are you now experiencing this being lovingly held,
This being embraced of the profound love that your soul energy has for you?
You don't have to do or be anything.
You don't have to earn anything.
Your soul energy profoundly loves you.
Why?
Because you are profound love.
Allow yourself to feel this embrace,
This support,
This extraordinary love,
This feeling that you can do and be anything.
Because you can.
You have that power.
And just allow yourself to really,
Really receive all of this awareness from your soul energy,
All of this profound love from your amazing soul energy.
Now you can choose to rest,
To bask in this for as long or as little as you choose.
And perhaps now or perhaps another time,
You might like to ask a question of your soul energy,
Which might be something along the lines of,
What is it that you,
My soul energy,
Most desires for me to become aware of right now?
As you become more practiced at this,
You'll be able to have a lot of fun with it.
And you can fire away questions or you can simply sit and receive or play or just enjoy the extraordinary power that you are because of your soul energy.
I would always urge all of us to make a regular practice of this at least once a day,
Perhaps in the morning when you first awake.
But it's your choice.
It's your body.
It's your soul energy.
It's your life.
And you are actually in charge of it,
Whether you're experiencing that or not.
Connecting regularly with your soul energy will really help you to feel more and more in charge of your life.
And you will begin to experience vast improvements in your potential for how and what you experience in your life,
How and what you experience in your body.
Profound healing,
Profound joy,
Profound love and your ultimate state of grace.

All that any of us need to do is simply receive this.
