A slow and nourishing yin practice to soften the chest, release emotional tension, and create space inside.
We’ll stay in long, supported poses to gently open the heart area — physically and energetically — while calming the nervous system. This class is not about pushing deeper, but about allowing yourself to feel, breathe, and soften.
Perfect for moments when you need tenderness, grounding, and a quiet reconnection with yourself.
Please prepare two blocks, a bolster, and a blanket (pillows work just as well) so your body can feel fully supported.
