Qigong, Yin Yoga & Meditation - Slow & Healing

Come fill your cup with this 60-minute class. This week we will focus on our LOWER BODY, flowing yang to yin with attention on FEET, LEGS, and HIPS. We will then share a Mindfulness of Body meditation. Please have a blanket, 2 tennis balls, a spiky ball (if you have one), a long strap, and yoga blocks (or equivalent) ready for practice together.
