Qigong, Yin Yoga & Meditation - Slow & Healing

Come fill your cup with this 60-minute class. This week we will focus on UPPER BODY. We will share a poem, qigong, yin yoga & meditation. We will explore releasing through our NECK & SHOULDERS and how this impacts our HEART space. Please have a snuggly blanket, pillows, tennis ball, 2 yoga blocks & bolster (or equivalent) ready for practice together.
