Yoga Nidra for Deep Restoration and Positive Affirmations

Join me for a restorative Yoga Nidra practice designed to help your body soften and your mind settle. Yoga Nidra, sometimes referred to as Non Sleep Deep Rest or NSDR, allows you to rest deeply while remaining gently aware. We will move through calming breath and guided body awareness, followed by positive affirmations centered on safety, healing, and renewal. You do not need to focus or try to achieve anything. Simply lie down, get comfortable, and let yourself be supported. If you have been feeling overstimulated or depleted, this practice offers a grounded space to reset and restore.
