Go ahead and find yourself in a very comfortable place where you feel supported. Make any adjustments you need to to make it feel comfortable for you, Inviting in your senses to ground you here through what you see, What you hear, What you feel that's pleasant to you. Allow your breath to anchor you here into this moment where you don't have to be doing anything or being anywhere, But just right here. Just you, Just your breath. Slowly bringing your awareness down from any thoughts, Any worries, Any to-dos, Just allowing that awareness to drop to the nose, To the mouth, Where breath is moving in and breath is moving out. Maybe feeling the rise and fall of the breath through the shoulders, The chest, The lungs, The ribcage. You might feel the ribcage expand as you breathe in and feeling yourself lengthen through the spine as you breathe out. Allow your awareness to drop down to the lower body, Lower chakras, The abdomen, The lower abdomen, Your root center, Your legs and your feet. Just feeling yourself making contact with the seat below you and knowing that is connected directly to Mother Earth. Inviting that exhale to move out through the mouth and as you do, You might even notice the muscles around the sitz bones release and sink a little deeper into your seat. And with that next exhale, You're invited to imagine, Sense, Or feel some beautiful roots extending out from below you. Could be the base of the spine or out each foot or it could be the whole entire base underneath you. And just imagine those going down into the floor, Down into the earth, Twisting and turning and binding through the mycelium, Through the other roots, Underground, Waters, Caves, Cities, Just letting those roots explore and move wherever they want to until you get to the heart of Mother Earth. You might imagine, Sense, Or feel her heart like this beautiful luminescent crystal or stone radiating full of life source energy, Colors, Vibrations, Frequencies, Knowing that it is full of these creative, Sexual, Fire energies and these soothing, Nurturing, Healing waters that run through the whole planet and also run through us. You're invited to allow your roots to connect in whatever way feels best to you to this heart, Wrapping around it, Knowing that that automatically connects you into that life source energy, Through the life source energy that runs through the animals, The plants, The flowers, The crystals, The oceans, The rivers, All of life source energy. Knowing that you can bring up whatever you need to support you through these roots, Through these sacred waters and through these sacred fires, That you can breathe those up, Bring those up through your roots, All the way to your earth star chakra, Which sits below your feet, That connects you into this crystalline grid of Mother Earth, Connects you into these sacred sites, These temples all over the planet that are connected to cosmic light places, Healing places, Spiritual places, That you can bring this life source energy all the way up through that earth star chakra, Up through your root center, Up through your crown, Your feminine crown, At the base of your seat. You can bring that all the way up, That life source energy, Anything you need to support you at this time, Where the waters might be more nourishing, Soothing, Healing, Replenishing, Holding the most sacred waters that's ever been on this planet, That you can bring this, Gift this up to you, All the way up through your roots, Your core center, Up to your heart center, Knowing that this river of healing knows exactly where it wants to go and needs to go to flow up through you, To all the places and spaces that it's needed, And you might sense or see this as a certain color, Vibration, Frequency, With its divine intuitive guidance going wherever it needs to, As well as these sacred fires, These creative sexual fires that create all life, That move things into action, Create more confidence and strength and energy, Right, That we also have these creative fires moving through us as well. You might see that as a particular color or colors or energy or frequency and pulling up what you need from those fires of Mother Earth and up through your core center to your heart center, And just allowing those fires to move wherever they need to, And both fire and water are alchemy energies, Meaning they can transform and transmute, They can release and let go what is no longer needed or of service, And they can shift and change and transform it into what is. So seeing, Sensing, Or feel those energies pulling up through your entire being, Up through that heart center, And feel that expand out through the front of each arm and down each hand, Which are extensions of that heart, Extensions of our give and our receive energies, Our masculine, Our feminine energies, Just like the fires and the waters. Breathing and receiving and pulling that all the way up, Up through the core center, Up through the heart, Up through the neck and the top of the head, And just feel that moving out above you like a beautiful fountain of light, Just rainbowing out around you, Out into the space around you, Just clearing and cleansing your auric field with that light, That life source energy, Just like a beautiful shower or rain or mist. You have a great cosmic heart, Just like Mother Earth's heart, That this divine source energy, Cosmic light energy, Universal love frequency held in a heart above you that connects into your higher self, Higher knowing, Higher beings of light and healing and vitality and ancient wisdom from the stars, From the cosmos, From the most divine, Loving starseed frequencies that mirror everything that was created on Earth we have above. So imagine, Sense, Or feel that big beautiful luminescent heart above you, Full of that life source energy, Feeling that connection to the most healing and empowering masculine and feminine and sacred union energies of water and fire, Of healing and action, Of alchemy and transformation, Right? This connects to our light body energy, Our energetic form. Feel this move all the way down the back of the spine, Down through the back of the shoulder blades and out each arm and out each hand that expands out into these golden wings of light, Right? Connecting into our divine cosmic self. And we're inviting this light body energy, This divine self energy, Higher self energy, To come in and anchor in through all layers and levels of the body. So just feel this move all the way down the back of the spine, And as it does, It taps into the nervous system, Soothing, Healing, Moving, And branching out into all the chakras, Into all the organs, The tissues, The blood, The bones, Throughout all layers and levels of the physical, The emotional, The intellectual, The spiritual, The energetic, The ethereal. Just feel that light source energy, That pulling down that cosmic light energy all the way down and through you to that heart center and all the way down through those lower chakras. Bringing that all the way down to your feminine crown, To your roots, And feeling that light source energy flow down from those most highest sacred waters and those most alchemal sacred fires, The most unconditionally loving places and spaces. Feeling yourself held, Supported, Loved, Protected, Valued. Feeling your completeness of above and below is all within you and meets at that heart center and spreads out wherever it needs to throughout all the layers and levels, And you don't have to know. Come through both crowns above and below with each and every breath meeting at the heart center and expanding out into the left side and right side and through the back side and the front side.
