Have you ever felt like you're carrying emotions that are not even yours?

Like you walk into the room and you can feel everything and everyone all at once.

If this is you,

You are not too sensitive.

You're an empath.

And today I wanna help you see this as your power.

Not your burden.

Empaths are deeply sensitive.

Deeply intuitive being.

You not only hear people,

You feel them.

But here's where it can be quite overwhelming.

When you haven't learned how to hold that sensitivity.

You can begin to absorb other people's emotions,

Other people's stress.

Or other people's fear.

And over time,

This can leave you feeling completely disconnected from your own energy.

And leave you feeling drained and completely exhausted.

But here's the truth that I want you to see.

Your sensitivity.

Is not the problem.

Your sensitivity is the gift.

This is what allows you to love deeply.

To feel deeply,

To have compassion for others.

To intuit.

What other people can't see.

The shift happens.

When you move away.

From absorbing energy into holding your own energy first.

You are not meant to carry everything.

You are meant.

To feel grounded and strong.

In your own energy.

So I'd like to give you a practice that you can do on a daily basis that will help you immensely.

Take a moment.

And close your eyes softly.

And take a deep breath in.

And just ask yourself,

What am I feeling right now?

And is this mine?

And then softly open your eyes and know If it's not yours.

You can release it.

You don't have to hold what was never meant to be yours.

Over time as you do this practice,

You gain strength,

You gain resilience.

And your empathy becomes your power.
