Lesson 2

Relax Me With Colour

When we relax, the breath is there and so let's make it fun with adding colour breathing. We first start with the master colour white then smoothly enter your favourite colour to follow. And once these two exercises are done you can then deeply relax with 5 minutes of mind travel. This includes being in a hot air balloon in your favourite colour as I prepare you to do this. Hopefully you are nice and refreshed after ready to get back to the day.

Relax Me Power Tools

As we notice we are creatures of comfort then highlighting they are in fact your power tools that keep you going. We can tap into all of them even write down a list of them all and get a clearer picture on how to improve this for wellbeing. Becoming your own mentor can be fun with self observation keeping things close by too making life more smooth.

Relax Me Cellular Level

This is about gaining knowledge of yourself as you are reminded that you are made of trillions of cells that make every part of you. Then we see how relax breaks help them to perform better and to avoid too much stress through nurturing ourselves on a daily basis. Ready to enter a deep cell relaxation with all your love and compassion for them hoping this too will boost the cells in the body.

Relax Me At Sleep Time

This short guided meditation includes that lovely wisdom of life you've collected. And getting the balance you want that includes going to sleep quickly because it is time to do so. You know that sound sleep will strengthen you to perform well as you learn to honour yourself and honour your sleep.
