Have you ever?
Felt like your life should be further along now.
You know,
I have and I don't mean that in a.
Cute inspirational way.
I mean.
.
.
There have been real seasons where I.
.
.
Look at my life and thought,
Man,
I.
.
.
And sometimes internal where I would be like,
I should be further than this.
Further financially,
Maybe even further in my purposes,
Further in my confidence.
Maybe a little bit more consistent.
Further in life.
I thought I would be living by now and what makes that feel so heavy is that you can be growing.
You can be learning,
You can be trying,
You can be showing up and still feel like somehow you're behind.
I think,
I think a lot of us.
We'll carry that quietly.
We don't always say it out loud,
But we feel it.
We look at it at other people's lives.
We don't even know it and we start measuring ourselves against it.
And it's just subtle.
Sometimes we see business,
We see the marriage,
We see the house,
We see the platform,
We see the confidence,
We see.
.
.
Discipline or the image and then we turn back toward our own life and start questioning everything and what we've learned.
That sometimes the pressure I feel is not always My soul calling me forward.
Sometimes it's just comparison,
Survival.
It's just that old programming.
Sometimes it's just me trying to prove something to people.
That are not even paying attention.
It's all subtle.
But for me,
Part of.
.
.
My story has been learning how to become.
Dealing with real life as we speak.
I've had sessions where money,
Or seasons wear.
Money is tight in seasons where I'm building and I'm uncertain.
Seasons where I'm trying to encourage other people while having to be honest about.
What I was carrying and that still can be strange in a place.
To stand in.
You know,
As a coach,
A speaker,
A person of light,
Somebody who's supposed to have all the answers.
But the truth is,
I'm still becoming two.
I'm still learning how to trust my own timing.
Still learning how to release the pressure of who I am.
And not who I'm supposed to be.
Right now.
At some point.
I had to stop thinking,
Why am I not?
Further along and start asking a better question.
Am I becoming more conscious?
Because there is a difference between moving fast and moving in alignment.
There is a difference between looking successful,
Actually.
Being whole.
You know?
There's a difference.
When we begin to ask ourselves questions.
Slowing down.
So just.
.
.
Take a breath with me.
Not some.
.
.
Spiritual religions are performative.
Breath but a real breath.
Let your body settle for a second and ask,
Whose timeline have I been trying to live?
Was it my family's timeline?
Was it society's?
Was it social media?
Was it some version of success I've inherited but never actually questioned?
Because if we are honest,
A lot of that shame we carry is not because we have failed.
It is because we are measuring ourselves against life.
That may have never truly belonged to us in the first place.
And this is why we learn to expand our consciousness and make it more practical.
This is not about sounding deep.
It's not about.
Used in spiritual language.
It's about the awareness enough to notice the invisible agreements we have here.
Been living under,
You know?
The agreement that.
.
.
That says you should should have it all figured out by this age,
You know,
Or this time or.
Those agreements that.
.
.
But they're tied to your worth.
And that is also tied to your productivity.
How much you're getting done.
You know,
The agreement that says.
.
.
What your path should look like for the day.
If it doesn't,
Something is wrong with you.
What if nothing was wrong with you?
What if.
.
.
You're not behind.
What if.
.
.
You are not.
Waking up.
Or what if you essentially are waking?
I know waking up can feel messy.
Believe me,
I'm living it.
When we start becoming more aware.
You may start questioning things you used to do.
Just accept.
You may question your beliefs in some relationships.
Even your habits.
Your identity.
Your goals,
And of course your idea about things like God and your purposes in life.
From the outside,
It may look like confusion.
But inside,
Something deeper may be happening.
You are no longer living on autopilot.
You are no longer just performing the life you were handed.
You are starting to participate in your own becoming.
So today I want to remind you.
As I'm reminding myself to.
You are not too late.
In your life.
You are not disqualified because your path is looking different.
You're not failing because you are still becoming.
You're timing,
Melot.
Look.
Somebody else's timing.
But that doesn't mean.
.
.
Your life is wrong.
It's kind of like you could be living and be in that,
As they call it,
A midlife crisis,
As sometimes people can feel,
Even if you're in the midlife or you passed the midlife.
So I want you to take another breath.
And let your shoulders drop down.
And let your body hear this.
I do not have to rush my becoming.
I do not have to shame myself into growth.
I do not have to compare my unfolding to somebody else's highlights.
On their rails.
I can honor where I am.
And still move forward.
See.
Healing has timing.
Has timing.
Awareness has timing.
And transformation.
Has timing.
Maybe in this season,
Is not proof that you're behind.
Maybe this season.
Is proof that.
.
.
You are finally conscious enough to stop living life that was never really yours.
Taking a breath.
Filling the box.
Connecting to the inner self.
Slowed him.
Come back to yourself.
Everything is still unfolding in your life.
You're not behind.
You're becoming.
Remember to take the time out.
For yourself.
Take the time out for this.
And as you.
Take another deep breath.
Fill it in your body.
Move it to your heart.
Relax your body.
Breathe.
Remember.
You are become.
