Lie comfortably on your bed.

Make sure you'll feel safe and secure.

Let your body sink into the mattress.

Feel your body relax.

Allow your mouth to hang slightly open.

It is so relaxed.

I played this sleep time meditation with my 3 elementary age nephews tonight. They claimed they couldn't sleep, so I played this for them. One by one, their breathing deepened. Voila! All asleep in 12 minutes! Thank you!
