Full Moon Sound Meditation
The full moon is the perfect time to let go of what no longer serves you. Release what is weighing you down and holding you back. Close your eyes, breathe in through your nose, and exhale through your mouth letting everything you no longer need leave your body. As you listen to the sounds, feel the vibrations pulsing through your body, freeing what no longer serves you, and exhaling it out with every breath. When you open your eyes, you will feel lighter, more free, and able to move forward.
