Do you know that as a single individual,
You are valuable?
Before we get started with this meditation,
Let's take a few moments to relax and center ourselves.
Please sit comfortably in a chair with your feet flat on the floor,
Your shoulders relaxed,
Your hands resting comfortably on your thighs,
Your eyes closed,
Focus on the back of your eyelids,
And your jaw is slack.
Open your lips just a little.
This will ensure that all of the muscles in your face are totally relaxed.
Let's take a few breaths.
Inhale deeply and imagine that breath circling throughout your entire body from the crown of your head all the way down to the soles of your feet.
Hold it for a few seconds and then slowly exhale through your mouth.
Again,
Inhale deeply.
Imagine that rich oxygenated blood nourishing your entire body.
Hold it for a few seconds and slowly exhale through your mouth.
We are all single individuals.
It is very important to recognize that.
It doesn't matter if you're married,
In a relationship,
Or not.
You are a single valuable individual.
I'd like to tell you just how valuable you are.
Be you are victorious.
The mere fact that you were born and are still alive makes you victorious.
You were destined to be here,
To occupy space,
To thrive,
And to succeed.
You are victorious.

You are astounding.
Your presence and the impact that you have on others and the world makes you truly astounding.

You are deserving of praise and accolades.
Although you don't need them,
You are deserving,
You are worthy.
You are laudable.
You unique.
There is not,
Nor has there been,
Nor will there ever be another individual who is exactly like you on this planet.
