In this 5-minute guided visualization, we will imagine spending a serene moment at the beach, engaging all of our senses. Reconnecting with the gentle rhythm of nature can weave a beautiful calm into our nervous system, helping us to effortlessly relax and find a sense of peace and well-being. Close your eyes and calm your mind by imagining the soothing sound of the waves. Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin and the gentle breeze brushing against you. Smell the salty sea air and the fresh scent of ocean mist. Follow the gentle voice of Laurence, without background music, for a fully immersive experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized.

Visualize that you're walking on a beach,

A beach that you know or a beach that you imagine.

Feel the rhythm of your walk and slow down a little,

Feeling your feet in the sand,

Feeling the wind in your hair,

On your face and body,

Smelling the beach and ocean and seaweed,

Feeling the hot sun on your skin.

You can stop walking and turn towards the sea and imagine that you're looking very far where the sky meets the ocean and bring your gaze closer and your eyes now come back to the beach,

Looking at the waves,

Coming one after the other,

Hearing the waves crash on the sand,

Hearing each wave as it comes and goes,

Feeling fully present and connected with the rhythm of nature and the ocean,

Letting your breath slow down,

Surrendering to this moment and you can imagine that you're walking towards the water,

Touching the water with your feet,

Feeling the water come and go,

Your whole body relaxes.
