Hello and welcome to this moment of pause together.
Today I'm inviting you to join me on a little journey.
The journey into the water under this full moon and lunar eclipse in Pisces.
I want to invite you to step away for a few moments from everything that needs your attention and to just come back to yourself.
Take this moment to pause.
To look back.
To notice what has been unfolding in your life over the past couple of years.
The things that have changed.
The things that have stayed.
The dreams that have followed you.
In the patterns that have returned.
Parts of yourself that you have outgrown.
And perhaps most importantly,
Just notice where you are now.
Because sometimes we are so focused on where we're going.
That we forget to acknowledge how far we've already come.
So this meditation comes as an invitation to look back.
To feel what is here.
To release what you're ready to stop carrying.
And to step into whatever is asking to become real.
You don't need to know exactly where you're going.
You don't need to have all the answers.
For now,
You only need to be here.
So sit comfortable.
Or maybe lay down if that feels better for you.
And allow your body to settle.
To relax you.
You can close your eyes if that feels good.
And just take a slow,
Deep breath in.
And a long breath out.
And again,
You inhale.
And exhale slowly.
Just take a moment here to notice your breath.
How it moves naturally.
End.
And now.
.
.
Notice how your body moves with each breath.
Expanding,
Growing with an inhale and an exhale.
And softening.
With the exhale.
Let yourself fully arrive here.
In this moment with your breath.
Noticing how your body feels.
Relax here.
With every exhale.
Becoming a little bit softer.
And lighter.
And now imagine yourself standing at the edge of the ocean.
Feeling the sand beneath your feet.
Maybe it's warm.
Maybe it's a little bit cold under your feet.
And you can feel the breeze of the air against your skin.
Feel this moment.
And let this form on.
Take a moment to look around.
The moon is shining on the ocean.
Illuminating.
The ocean in front of you.
You see the horizon.
The sky above you.
And you'll listen to the sounds of the waves.
More than the end.
And moving out.
Just you and the ocean.
And the full moon above you.
There is nowhere you need to be.
Nothing you need to solve.
Just you.
Standing at the shoreline.
And behind you is the path you've traveled.
The life you live.
The experiences you've had that shaped you.
The choices you've made along the way.
The people you've met.
The things you've lost along the path.
And the things you've gamed.
The versions of yourself you've been.
Take this moment to look back.
At all that path that you walked before.
Without judgment.
Just witnessing.
What is this full moon illuminating?
Perhaps you can bring the mind to the person you were around September 2024.
What was happening in your life then.
What were you longing for?
What were you questioning?
Maybe what was beginning to change?
You don't need to search for an answer.
Just notice what comes naturally.
What do you remember without forcing from that moment in your life?
And this eclipse season started.
What did begin to change in that time?
Now bring your awareness to everything that has happened since.
September 2024 and we move to the eclipse in March 2025.
September 2025.
And then March 2026 towards the beginning of this year.
And now here.
Notice the journey.
Notice what has repeated.
What has changed.
What has grown during this time.
Maybe there is something you once only imagined.
That I slowly become part of your reality.
Maybe there is a dream that keeps returning.
A desire that hasn't gone away.
Path you've been slowly moving towards.
Or perhaps something you've been holding on to for longer than you realize.
Just notice.
Listen.
Look back into that journey.
Past two years.
What comes into your conscience.
Into your mind.
Into light.
And now bring your attention back into the ocean.
Imagine taking your first step into the water.
Feel the water touching your feet.
Maybe a little bit cold or warm soft around your ankles.
And take a deep breath.
Maybe ask yourself.
Where am I right now?
In my life.
Am I still standing at the shoreline?
Am I just beginning to explore?
Or am I already deep into something that is becoming real?
There is no right answer or wrong.
Just be honest with yourself.
And then take another step.
The water reaches your ankles.
And as you stand here inside the water already you can ask yourself.
What am I willing to explore?
What possibility has been calling me?
What dream am I curious enough to move towards?
You don't need to commit to the whole journey yet.
Just take the first step towards what brings you curiosity,
Excitement.
What have you been dreaming about?
And maybe you've been a little bit too afraid.
To start.
Into that dream.
And I'll take another step.
The water already reaches your knees.
And from here.
The question starts to change.
What am I actually doing?
What am I already choosing?
What am I investing my time,
Energy,
Love,
Attention into?
What is no longer just an idea.
But something I'm actually participating in.
But it's already real.
Happening.
And then you take another step.
And the water reaches your waist.
And you feel the water around you.
And masks.
What is becoming real in my life.
Maybe what once felt distance.
Is perhaps closer now.
What once felt like a possibility.
May already be taking shape.
Allow yourself to acknowledge that,
To celebrate it.
To recognize yourself for how far you've come.
And now,
If it feels right.
.
.
Imagine going a little deeper.
Letting the water rise around you.
Until you're fully immersed.
You don't need to swim.
You don't need to fight the current.
Just allow yourself to float.
Let the water hold you.
Let yourself be carried.
Trust.
And in there,
Re-ask yourself.
What am I ready to let go of?
What is weighing me down?
But am I tired of caring?
What an old story,
Old expectation,
Old way of seeing myself,
Old version of me.
Am I ready to loosen my grip on it?
To let go of.
Maybe there is something you have been holding on to because it feels familiar.
Maybe something you know has already changed,
But a part of you is still trying to hold it in place.
You don't need to force it away.
You can simply imagine opening your hands.
And letting go.
With every exhale,
You release a little bit more.
Remember,
Letting go doesn't erase the past,
Doesn't mean that what happened didn't matter.
It simply means that the past no longer needs to decide what happens next.
You're not defined by your past.
You don't need to hold on to it.
And now imagine yourself floating.
On your back.
The water beneath you.
The sky above you.
Nothing to hold on to.
Nothing to figure out.
Just allowing yourself to be supported.
Be held by the water.
And maybe ask yourself what becomes possible when I stop holding on.
Maybe what space opens up.
What might I be able to choose?
But mine,
I finally allow myself to become.
And maybe you can imagine somewhere beyond the horizon.
A version of your life that you cannot fully see yet.
You don't need to know what it looks like.
You don't need to know how you're going to get there.
Just feel into the possibility.
The horizon is just in front of you.
Possibilities are open.
So you can ask yourself if I trusted myself a little more.
What would I allow myself to move towards?
Take a deep breath in.
And a slow breath out.
Just feeling.
Yourself floating in the water.
Trust.
Think.
Feelings.
Holding position.
And then when you feel ready.
Can begin to make your way back towards the shore.
And on the way,
You notice.
.
.
You are not the same person who entered the water.
Something shifted.
Maybe something has become more clear.
Maybe you simply remembered something you already knew.
Then feel your feet touching the ground again.
Feel the Earth beneath you.
And before you leave this place.
Turn around and look at the ocean.
Everything if released is still there,
Being carried by the water.
And everything that is meant to stay with you.
You carry with you.
Take one deep breath.
And let it out.
Slowly start to bring the awareness back to your body.
Feeling the surface beneath you.
Notice your breath.
How it is now.
Maybe you can start now.
Bringing some movement to your feet.
To your hands.
Bringing whatever movement feels good to your body in this moment.
Maybe you can stretch like you're waking up.
From this nice sleep.
And then gently.
.
.
Open your eyes again.
Taking your time.
There is nowhere else you need to be.
Just notice what is here now.
And maybe before moving into your day.
Give yourself a few quiet moments to write.
To listen,
To let whatever surfaced.
Take shape.
I wish you a beautiful rest of your day or night.
I'll see you next time.
Namaste.
