I'll be your guide through this affirmation chat and practice.
Thank you for joining me here in this present moment.
Sometimes you just need to remind yourself of who you are,
Your intentions and what you desire to experience and create in your life.
Affirmations do just that,
Which is why they've become an essential part of my path to well-being.
Affirmations operate as programs for reprogramming our subconscious mind and depending on the vibration of what it's being programmed with,
This is where lasting change happens.
Thoughts,
Beliefs and emotions are all forms of energy and the energetic combination of our thoughts,
Beliefs and emotions can either support and expand us,
Our reality and our experiences or cause limitations by blocking and stagnating us.
High vibrations or low vibrations,
The subconscious mind doesn't judge what we think,
Believe or feel.
It simply takes orders or notice based on the energy of what we think,
Feel and believe.
In this state is where the subconscious mind supports the current running program through automatic behaviors and personal energetics that ultimately impact what and how we manifest via our experiences and reality.
Reframing our emotional and mental state through affirmations rewires the brain.
If we desire to positively shift and improve our reality and our experiences,
The good news is that we can.
We simply have to become conscious not to live on autopilot by being more aware,
Mindful,
Intentional and even deliberate about guiding and reframing our thoughts,
Beliefs and emotions towards what we do desire to experience,
Manifest and see as a reality instead of focusing on or reinforcing what we don't desire to see and experience.
Affirmations guide our energy to a higher dimension where we can expand.
Let's enter into the practice.
We now take a tactical and mindful pause to positively shift our energy,
Attitude and our mindset.
With affirmations,
It's essential to create an emotional connection or emotional charge with each affirmation you say as well as visualize the outcome with gratitude.
An effective affirmation practice is a sensory experience.
It's about seeing,
Believing and feeling what you desire is so before there's any evidence of it being a reality just yet.
If you're not already,
I invite you to get into a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Become aware of your body and allow all tension to dissolve with each in and out breath.
Allow any part of the body that feels tense to relax.
Relief and support are here in each breath you take.
Call all parts of yourself back home to be present with you as you move through the practice.
Repeat any of the following affirmations that resonate with you today.
My life is a garden.
My subconscious mind is the soil.
My thoughts are seeds.
My beliefs are water.
My emotions are fertilizer.
I send warm gratitude vibrations to my body.
I deliberately choose to elevate in this moment.
Anything that is not of high vibrations within me is dissolving now.
I am grateful,
Empowered and I honor myself.
I am enough.
I am full of higher purpose and potential.
I shine my soul's true authentic light.
I am growing more and more courageous each day.
I manifest beautiful experiences.
