X ingredients One of this is the enhanced Take a deep breath.

It's the first time that I channel a meditation for you in English.

And English is not my mother tongue.

My mother tongue is German.

But I know that the flow of the energy is international.

And I'm sure you can understand me also if my English is not perfect.

Take again a deep breath.

Make yourself comfortable.

This will be a short meditation for your day.

For having a good and a life day.

And take again a deep breath.

How do you feel?

What do you sense in your body now in this moment?

Do you feel lightly?

Have you had a good night?

Is there something you want to let go before starting this day?

Feel your feet grounded on the floor.

Feel and enjoy how you are supported by the earth,

By the ground.

And with every new breathing in and out you are more grounded.

And this grounding,

This grounded state helps you to let go what doesn't support you.

What is old and not longer helpful for you.

I'm sure something will come in your mind spontaneously.

So let it go.

Your purpose is to let it go.

I support you with this energy.

Feel this energy.

Is the energy of letting go,

Is the energy of a seashell spiral.

Is the energy of letting go.

Enjoy the feeling of getting lighter and lighter,

Of becoming lighter and lighter.

And please breathe in a deep way in and out that supports you.

Your space is becoming more wide,

More large.

Feel it.

And in this wide and lightfull space repeat silently after me.

I'm letting go what doesn't support me.

I'm letting go now what does not support me.

May it be physical,

Emotional,

Mental or spiritual.

I let go now everything that doesn't support me.

And this day,

During this day and maybe also during the next days,

Step by step.

And breathe.

And feel how your space gets wider and wider and lighter.

Because when you let go things that are heavy for you,

The space opens up for new things that will support you.

And breathe.

You are grounded and you are connected and say it after me I am grounded and I am connected.

I'm transmitting you good energy,

Helpful energy.

Take it in with every breath.

Let flow this light in.

And full of this light.

And consciously feeling that you are grounded.

Go in your day.

Have a successful,

Lightfull,

Beautiful day.

Take three deep breaths.

And feel your body start moving slowly.
