Healing Water Meditation

Take a journey to your private oasis for some time spent with spirit guides and loved ones. This is a quick, peaceful journey that will take you the private beach that is just for you, and spend some time here healing in the waters.

Transcript

Before we get started,

Make sure you are comfortable either seated or laying down.

Cozy up with a blanket if you need to and when you're ready,

Softly close your eyes.

Start by taking a deep inhale through the nose,

Slowly drawing your breath in,

Feeling your belly expand,

And then softly exhaling through the mouth,

Feeling your belly fall.

Let's take another big deep breath in through the nose.

Feel your body relax as the breath travels down and then exhale slowly,

Sinking deeper into this relaxation feeling.

Take one last deep breath,

Feel the belly expand as you inhale and slowly release.

Allow your breathing to return back to its natural rhythm,

Feeling yourself getting more and more relaxed.

We are going to take this even further now and as you breathe in,

Imagine you are breathing in light,

The light that surrounds you.

It can be any color,

Perhaps the shimmery gold light,

Maybe it's an iridescent white,

Whatever color that comes up is the color that it is meant to be.

As you inhale,

You feel this light travel down,

Down over your forehead,

Softening it as it goes.

The light continues down over your face,

Over your parted lips,

Down to your throat.

Keep breathing.

This light,

This energy keeps traveling down,

Down into your shoulders and slowly down each arm all the way to each and every fingertip.

You may feel tingles as this light travels throughout your body or cold or warmth.

Don't judge what you feel,

Just allow it to be.

Keep breathing and as you do,

The light travels further down,

Down across your chest and over your heart,

Across your solar plexus,

Down to your sacrum and then into your root chakra,

Your pelvis,

Your womb.

Focus on your breath and allow this energetic light to keep traveling through your body,

Sinking you deeper and deeper into relaxation.

This light continues down each leg,

Through the thighs,

Over your knees,

Down to your ankles and the very bottoms of your feet.

You feel yourself relaxing even further still and you allow this light to circle back onto the backside of your body.

It starts traveling up your calves,

Up behind your knees,

All the way to your glutes,

Sinking deeper and deeper into this relaxation.

With another breath,

This light continues up,

Spreading across your lower back into your upper back and shoulders,

Relaxing each muscle that passes over.

Keep breathing,

Feel it travel up through your neck,

Over the back of your head and you feel fully relaxed.

See yourself walking on a white sandy beach.

The sand is warm and soft on your feet.

The sun is shining and there is a slight breeze.

You can hear birds in the distance,

Softly calling to one another and you know you are in paradise.

You can smell the flowers,

Soft subtle scents and ahead of you,

You see crystal clear water.

It shines and sparkles like a million little gems,

Colors of blues and greens,

Shades you are familiar with and those you have never seen before.

You know this is a special place,

A time for healing and integration,

A time to connect and relax.

Continue to walk across the sand slowly until you get to the water's edge,

See it shimmer from the sun and dip your toes in.

The water is warm and comforting.

Take another step into the water.

Now your feet are covered.

As you feel yourself in this water,

Know that this water is magic.

It feels different on the body parts that it touches and you want to go further.

Take a few more steps in and the water is now up to your knees.

The water might make you feel tingly or warm or cool or it may feel like nothing at all.

Whatever you feel or don't feel,

Know that this feeling is meant for you.

Keep walking forward and now the water is up to your hips.

Allow your fingertips to trail over the top of the water,

Watching it shimmer around you.

Feel the breeze on your shoulders,

The warmth of the sun as you stand there and take it all in.

If you are comfortable,

Take a few more steps and the water is almost to your chest.

Now we are going to lay back and float in the magic of this water.

You can feel the water all over your body.

It surrounds you.

You float with ease.

You can feel the water supporting you,

Much like a soft,

Comfortable bed.

As you lie here,

Know that you are open to receiving whatever is ready to come to you.

Invite your spirit team,

Guides,

Angels,

Ascended masters and teachers,

Loved ones,

Anyone you would like to come in and share the space with you.

You feel them coming close and spend some time with them here.

Invite them to share any messages with you,

Any insight or any downloads.

Relax and allow it all to flow.

When you are ready,

Thank your guides and loved ones for coming in close and sharing this special time with you.

Allow your feet to sink back down to the sandy bottom and slowly stand back up in the crystal water.

The gentle breeze blows against you.

You feel refreshed and revitalized.

Slowly walk back to the beach,

Taking your time,

For there is no rush.

When you get back to shore,

You can sit on the beach for a bit if you like,

Listening to the birds,

Enjoying the cool breeze on your face.

Remember this place.

You can come back at any time.

For this is your private beach and waterfront.

When you are ready,

Journey back from the beach,

Slowly bringing yourself back into the room.

Start slowly by wiggling your fingers,

Your toes,

Stretch your legs or your arms.

When you feel ready,

You can open your eyes.

Enjoy the rest of your day and if you feel overwhelmed at any time,

Simply close your eyes and remember your beach.
