The Vajrasatva mantra has been used for centuries in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition to purify negative karma. We can think of the negative actions we have commited, and with a sense of regret, use the mantra and visualisation to purify ourselves. We can visualise Vajrasatva above our heads pouring down white light which completely purifies us of all negative karma. We can then send this light out to benefit all beings. This mantra is also used to help those who have just died.

Thank you. An opportunity to watch the mind chatter, settle, chatter and settle again. We create so many stories inside our minds. This meditation gives enough time to return to the right understanding, so the mind has a chance to settle into clarity.
