We're going to climb that mountain today.
To see what life looks like from up there.
And to meet his special being.
A wise being.
Your guide.
Your master.
Your teacher.
So I'd like you to start walking on that path.

Imagine you're walking on that path.
Whilst walking or dancing on the path.
Going to walk along that path.
And at first you'll come to a forest.
We need to walk through the forest on the path.
What can you see around you?
What does it feel like to be in the forest?
What can you smell?
You come to a small river.
There's a little bridge over the river.
Go across the bridge.
And now you find yourself.
And the foot of the mountain.
And you start to climb that mountain.
Walking up and up and up.
The path is steep,
But you feel strong and steady.
And you steadily climb the mountain.
Getting higher and higher and higher.
Below you can see the forest and the park.
And the higher you get,
The further you can see And you carry on climbing that mountain.
You climb and you climb.
You And as you go higher,
It gets more difficult to climb.
And you find you need to start using your hands.
But you are strong and steady and you keep climbing even though the way is difficult.
You climb and climb and climb.
Until at last.
You reach the top of the mountain.
And you turn around to look and the path you've just taken.
Below you see the forest,
The river.
And the path you started on.
What can you see in the distance?
What can you see around the mountain?
From here you can see in every direction.
How does it feel to be on top of the mountain?
And now you begin to notice that you are not alone.
And that there is somebody or something waiting there for you.
This could be an animal.
An object to plant.
For a person.
Try.
Whatever arises,
Just allow it to arise.
Walk towards them.
You What are you looking at?
What can you see?
And what does it feel like to be in their presence?
Introduce yourself to this image being.
Ask what their name is.
And receive an answer.
This being.
Is incredibly wise.
It knows everything about you.
It knows everything you need to know.

About situations in your life.
You can ask it now.
Or just sit in their presence.
And when you've asked your question,
Swap places with them.
And become one.
To physically move and swap places with them and become.

And you walk through the forest again.
And you come out to the forest.
Back to the path that you started on.
And now you've arrived in the place where you started.
Turn and face the mountain.
Bow to the mountain and thank the mountain for the wisdom it has given you.
