Kim has spent more than thirty years deeply immersed in Eastern philosophy and trainings, working with clients privately and in group settings. Her approach includes mindfulness, gratitude, and forgiveness, the path she most resonates with. In addition to traditional talk therapy, Kim incorporates Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAP) and plant medicine to assist people with healing. Kim’s life work includes Savasana Station NYC, a mindfulness-based yoga studio, Chef Marq it, a pop-up catering company in the Pacific Northwest, and currently she is partner and CWO of Brown Budda New York, a licensed dispensary in Southampton.
