Now let's gently scan your body.

Drop your shoulder.
Now soften your jaw,
And unclench your hand.
Wiggle your toes,
And rotate your ankles.
Let your body know it's okay to begin the day slow.
Now imagine a soft,
Golden light above your head.
This light is warm,
Peaceful,
And gentle.
With each breath in,
It moves down through your body,
Bringing calm to your mind,
Your chest,
And your belly,
All the way down to your toes.
You're filled with a sense of ease and lightness.
This is your morning calm.
Now let's try a gentle breathing rhythm together,
Called box breathing.
